Find out how your device or product will be delivered — whether through ACS pickup points or direct collection from IQ Services.

FREE delivery for all shop items to any acs shop

Orders remain valid and available for delivery for up to five (5) calendar days from the date of registration. If it is not possible to complete the order within this period — for example, due to inability to communicate with the customer, failure to appear for product pickup, or unavailability of the ordered product — the order will be automatically cancelled after the five-day period has expired.

In cases involving large volume or high-weight orders, shipment will be carried out using transportation methods chosen at the sole discretion of Info Quest Services Ltd. Some deliveries may be limited to major urban areas due to logistical constraints.

Info Quest Services Ltd reserves the right to decline specific orders or cancel certain sales, with prior notification and a full refund of any payment made for the cancelled order.

For certain product categories — such as high-value products, or products that fall outside the usual stock of www.iqservices.com.cy — a deposit may be required before the order is confirmed and processed.

Orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon and marked as ready for delivery are typically shipped by our partner, ACS Cyprus, within 2–3 working days, if the product is in stock.

  • For remote areas, delivery may take up to 4–5 working days.
  • In inaccessible areas (as defined by the courier), delivery may take longer.

To avoid extra shipping charges, orders are shipped once all items are available.
If you prefer to receive only the available items, please call us with your order number.

Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
No deliveries on Saturdays, public holidays, or inventory closure days.

If an item is not immediately available, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery time.

It is clarified that the products in your order are shipped, and the responsibility for transportation to the delivery point you have indicated, up to the moment of your pick-up, lies with Info Quest Services Ltd.

If, for any reason, the transportation is carried out using your own means or by a carrier acting under your instruction, then the responsibility for the transport rests with you.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: REQUIRED ACTIONS UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER!

Upon delivery, you must carefully inspect the condition of the product and its packaging to identify any potential damage that may have occurred during transport.

If you notice any damage to the packaging, please do not accept the product and contact us immediately.

If you discover any issue immediately after accepting the delivery, you must report it without delay to the courier.
After doing so, please contact us and provide details of the report you made to the courier.
