What brands do you repair?

We only repair Apple, Dell, and Xiaomi devices. No other brands are accepted.

How long does a repair take?

Each case is unique. We’ll provide a time estimate after examining the device.

How much does it cost?

We can only determine the cost after diagnosis. You'll receive a full quote before any repair is done.

Where are you located?

Our service center is in Nicosia, but you can use 40+ ACS drop-off points and 80+ pickup locations across Cyprus.

Can I send my device through ACS?

Yes, just pack your device and drop it off at any ACS shop. We’ll handle the rest and send it back to the location you choose.

Do you keep my data safe?

We recommend backing up and removing personal data. If that’s not possible, rest assured — we follow strict data protection protocols.

Do you repair devices under warranty only?

We service both in-warranty and out-of-warranty devices.

Do you offer on-site business services?

No. IQ Services operates only from our official repair center.

Do you use genuine parts?

Yes, we only use 100% genuine manufacturer parts — no imitations.

Will my warranty remain valid after the repair?

Yes. Repairs done by IQ Services as an Authorized Service Provider preserve your original warranty.
