Are you experiencing a problem with a product you have just received and wish to return or replace it?

At iQ Services, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward and fair returns and refunds policy to address your concerns.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Unopened Packaging:
The item(s) must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Initiate a Return Request:

Packaging:
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.

Inspection:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions. If the item is in its original, unopened condition, we will proceed with the refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
